Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for eTrading platforms, ensuring seamless integration with JP Morgan Chase's global trading infrastructure
• Manage change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder communications, and rollout strategies to minimize market disruptions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing controls for electronic trading operations
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, delivering initiatives on schedule while aligning with business objectives
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and compliance teams to identify and resolve issues in trading workflows
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery methodologies, adopting best practices in agile delivery for faster market responsiveness
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for eTrading products, providing insights to senior leadership on enhancements and optimizations
• Facilitate cross-regional coordination for global eTrading initiatives, ensuring consistency across JP Morgan Chase's international operations
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation within the Product Portfolio & Delivery group

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing electronic trading platforms or similar financial technology products
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in capital markets, including SEC, FINRA, and MiFID II
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives and mitigate risks in a high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile Scrum Master)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of trading systems such as FIX protocol, OMS/EMS platforms, or low-latency trading infrastructure
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance monitoring in eTrading environments
