Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for financial products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Manage change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder communications, and implementation of new processes
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase's regulatory obligations and internal governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and front-office stakeholders, to drive product enhancements
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in product delivery workflows, leveraging agile and lean methodologies
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to senior leadership on portfolio health
  • Facilitate product roadmap development and prioritization in alignment with JPMorgan's strategic goals
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future deliveries

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or program management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex financial products or initiatives
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services, including compliance with SEC, FINRA, and OCC standards
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and change management processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks in high-stakes environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in capital markets, investment banking, or asset management at a major financial institution
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP), Agile (CSM/PMI-ACP), or Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute)
