  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and compliance teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive agile sprints
  • Oversee the enhancement of user experiences in payments, focusing on speed, security, and personalization for retail and commercial clients
  • Monitor market trends in fintech and payments to identify opportunities for innovation, such as real-time settlements or embedded finance
  • Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-impact solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure all payment products adhere to JPMorgan Chase's regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to launch products and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, delivery, or development within the financial services industry, with a focus on payments or commerce solutions
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment products from ideation to launch
  • Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including real-time payments, digital wallets, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a fast-paced fintech environment
