Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of UAT analysts to ensure high-quality testing of financial products and services
  • Develop and execute comprehensive UAT strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's product delivery lifecycle
  • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define acceptance criteria for new features
  • Oversee the identification, documentation, and resolution of defects in banking applications
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit standards during testing phases
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews and sign-offs for UAT completion in agile sprints
  • Analyze testing metrics and report on quality trends to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in UAT processes, including tool adoption and best practices
  • Manage resource allocation and timelines for UAT across multiple product portfolios
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies for product releases in the financial services domain

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing UAT teams of 5+ members in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and SEC requirements
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present testing outcomes to senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or certifications like ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
  • Prior experience in banking or capital markets product delivery at a large financial institution
