Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize home lending origination volumes and profitability
  • Lead product development initiatives for mortgage and home equity products, from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention
  • Analyze market data, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine product roadmaps
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations such as Dodd-Frank, HMDA, and CFPB guidelines
  • Drive innovation in digital tools for home lending, including online applications and AI-driven underwriting
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide reporting to senior leadership on product performance
  • Partner with risk management to assess and mitigate lending risks
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or home lending
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies for lending products
  • Strong understanding of mortgage origination processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics in the U.S. housing finance sector
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a large-scale financial institution
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive product innovation
