Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end transformation of home lending products, from strategy development to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to drive product innovation
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with JP Morgan Chase's customer-centric goals
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory changes to enhance lending experiences
• Manage stakeholder relationships across senior leadership to ensure alignment on transformation objectives
• Oversee agile sprints and delivery of key features for digital mortgage platforms
• Measure product performance using KPIs such as customer satisfaction, loan origination speed, and risk mitigation
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology integration in home lending
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of ownership and precision within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or home lending
• Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in digital banking or lending products
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulatory requirements, and customer experience in the financial industry
