Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy for home lending transformation initiatives at Chase, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation in mortgage products
  • Drive agile product development cycles, conducting sprint planning, user story creation, and backlog grooming
  • Ensure products meet regulatory standards such as those from CFPB and ensure data privacy in lending processes
  • Measure product performance using KPIs like customer acquisition, conversion rates, and loan processing times
  • Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with JP Morgan Chase's broader Home Lending business goals
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Conduct user research and testing to refine digital lending tools and interfaces

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or home lending
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in digital banking or lending products
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulatory requirements, and customer experience in the financial industry
