Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for digital banking solutions, from concept to launch
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify unmet needs in financial services
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and customer feedback
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and iterate on enhancements
• Drive stakeholder alignment across JP Morgan Chase's lines of business, including consumer and investment banking
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation in product teams
• Monitor competitive landscape in fintech and recommend strategies to maintain JP Morgan's market leadership
• Ensure seamless integration of products with JP Morgan's core banking platforms and ecosystems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching financial products
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR)
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for customer insights and product optimization
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy from ideation to execution in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in digital banking
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial product development
• Prior leadership role in consumer or commercial banking product teams
• Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or data analytics
