  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for digital banking solutions, from concept to launch

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching financial products
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR)
  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for customer insights and product optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy from ideation to execution in a fast-paced environment
