Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of payment product strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's global objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for innovative payment solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, optimize user experiences, and drive iterative improvements
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration of payment systems
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform product evolution
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the payments team
• Present product updates and performance metrics to senior leadership
• Ensure all payment products adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial services
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including ACH, real-time payments, and international transfers
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services, such as PCI DSS and AML compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
