Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for equities operations transformation initiatives supporting APAC business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to drive operational excellence and process optimization in equities trading and settlement
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and compliance stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Oversee testing and validation processes for new systems and workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to live trading environments
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory changes and market expansions in APAC
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation efforts with JP Morgan Chase's global equities strategy
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates to executives and governance committees
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project delivery
  • Support change management activities, including training and communication for operations teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within financial services, preferably in equities operations or capital markets
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects in APAC markets
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in equities trading and operations, including APAC-specific regulations
  • Experience with agile and waterfall project methodologies
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) with a focus on operations or technology
