Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for new products, solutions, and processes that leverage data analytics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including scoping, resourcing, risk assessment, and timeline adherence in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial environment
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams comprising technology, data science, compliance, and business units to ensure seamless integration of strategic changes
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and data trends to recommend enhancements to existing financial products and services
  • Ensure all programs comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards, mitigating potential legal and operational risks
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Strategy team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex strategic initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and technology integration in banking operations
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior executives
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GDPR, CCPA, and financial compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a Tier 1 financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
  • Certification in PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma
