In this position, you will own the full lifecycle of strategic programs, from ideation and planning to implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's core values of integrity, excellence, and client focus. Key responsibilities include scoping complex initiatives, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks associated with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and SEC guidelines, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams including data scientists, compliance officers, and business analysts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic programs that align data initiatives with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives across asset management, investment banking, and consumer banking divisions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for new products, solutions, and processes that leverage data analytics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including scoping, resourcing, risk assessment, and timeline adherence in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial environment
• Facilitate cross-functional teams comprising technology, data science, compliance, and business units to ensure seamless integration of strategic changes
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and data trends to recommend enhancements to existing financial products and services
• Ensure all programs comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards, mitigating potential legal and operational risks
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Strategy team
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and apply insights to future initiatives
• Represent the Strategy category in firm-wide forums, advocating for data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or consulting within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex strategic initiatives in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and technology integration in banking operations
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior executives
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GDPR, CCPA, and financial compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a Tier 1 financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma
• Background in data strategy or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial services
• Prior leadership role in firm-wide strategic programs
