Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the Global Investment Banking Analyst Training Program, including program strategy, design, and execution for new hires and ongoing development
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in the Investment Banking division to align training content with business objectives, market trends, and regulatory changes
  • Develop and oversee curriculum for technical skills such as financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution, tailored to JP Morgan Chase's A&A (Acquisitions & Advisory) practices
  • Manage a team of learning specialists and coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-impact training sessions, both virtual and in-person
  • Monitor program effectiveness through metrics like completion rates, learner feedback, and performance outcomes, driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with global training standards and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all learning initiatives
  • Budget and resource management for the program, optimizing costs while maintaining quality in a fast-paced investment banking environment
  • Facilitate partnerships with other JP Morgan Chase learning teams to share best practices and integrate firm-wide development resources
  • Support career progression for analysts by linking training to promotion pathways and skill-building opportunities in global markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in financial services or investment banking
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale training programs for analyst populations in a global financial institution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in investment banking, including compliance with FINRA and SEC standards
  • Experience in curriculum design and delivery using adult learning principles in a high-stakes financial environment
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification in learning and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
