Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end coordination of lending transactions, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Lead a team of transaction coordinators, providing guidance on best practices and performance metrics

  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with loan syndication, documentation, and settlement processes

  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for regulatory audits and internal reviews
  • Manage client relationships during transaction phases, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in transaction coordination, lending services, or financial operations within the banking industry
  • Proven track record in managing complex loan transactions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards
  • Experience with risk assessment and mitigation in lending portfolios
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams of coordinators and analysts
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and transaction documentation
