Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of Chase clients, providing personalized support via phone, chat, email, and video
  • Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate Chase products such as mortgages, credit cards, and investment services
  • Resolve complex inquiries and issues related to account management, transactions, and digital banking tools
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor client accounts for opportunities to cross-sell or upsell financial products while adhering to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including wealth management and lending specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Ensure all interactions comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and anti-money laundering policies
  • Track client interactions in CRM systems and generate reports on portfolio performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Chase product updates to provide informed advice
  • Contribute to virtual team meetings and training sessions to improve service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, including checking, savings, loans, and investment options
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools and digital banking platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or virtual environment
  • Compliance with financial regulations such as FINRA and SEC guidelines
