Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary virtual contact for a dedicated portfolio of Chase clients, providing personalized support via phone, chat, and video
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution in both English and Spanish
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's banking products, including checking, savings, credit cards, and investment options
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by recommending tailored financial solutions
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and anti-money laundering protocols
  • Monitor client interactions to maintain high satisfaction scores and escalate complex issues to senior teams
  • Collaborate with branch teams in Detroit to support seamless hybrid service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in Chase's CRM system

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
