  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, risk, technology, and legal to ensure seamless product execution
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for value-add benefits that enhance small business customer experience
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to iterate on product offerings
  • Partner with sales and customer service teams to drive adoption and optimize benefit utilization
  • Ensure all product initiatives comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership for strategic alignment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or credit card products
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch customer-facing products
  • Strong understanding of small business financial needs and market dynamics
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics in product development
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including PCI compliance and consumer protection laws
