Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of financial products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, engineers, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps
  • Manage agile teams using Scrum or Kanban frameworks to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches in the financial services sector
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve dependencies and bottlenecks
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data security standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of delivery best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, delivery, or project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex financial products or platforms
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in banking, such as Dodd-Frank, GDPR, or Basel III
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines for multi-million dollar initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
  • Experience in digital banking or payments platforms at a large financial institution
  • Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist
