Key Responsibilities

  • Review client onboarding documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to JP Morgan Chase's quality standards
  • Conduct quality checks on account opening processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and FATCA
  • Identify and escalate data integrity issues, partnering with client operations and compliance teams to resolve them efficiently
  • Analyze trends in onboarding errors and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with global teams to support seamless account openings for high-net-worth clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with JP Morgan's data governance policies
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management
  • Assist in training junior staff on quality assurance best practices
  • Ensure all client data is handled securely and in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding workflows within the Wealth Management division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, particularly in client onboarding or account operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in wealth management, including KYC and AML standards
  • Proficiency in data analysis and quality assurance processes within a banking environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in client documentation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
