Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve client account opening applications to ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and regulatory standards
  • Verify client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to KYC/AML requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and compliance teams, to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth onboarding
  • Monitor and escalate high-risk cases or potential issues to senior approvers
  • Maintain accurate records of approvals, rejections, and follow-up actions in JP Morgan's proprietary systems
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience in the Account Opening Approval Hub
  • Provide guidance and support to global teams on approval protocols and best practices
  • Ensure timely turnaround of approvals to support outstanding client onboarding experiences
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on evolving regulatory changes in wealth management
  • Assist in auditing and reporting on approval metrics to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, client onboarding, or account operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in wealth management and KYC/AML requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • Philippine residency with eligibility to work in Metro Manila
