Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global product strategy for alternative investments within JP Morgan's Wealth Management division, defining vision and roadmap to drive growth and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, compliance, technology, and investment research to develop and launch new alternative investment products
• Act as the primary Product Owner in agile sprints, prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities in private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative assets
• Oversee product performance metrics, including AUM growth, client adoption rates, and ROI, providing regular reports to senior leadership
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies at JP Morgan Chase
• Foster partnerships with external asset managers and internal J.P. Morgan teams to enhance product distribution globally
• Drive innovation in digital tools for alternative investments, such as client portals and analytics platforms
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader wealth management strategy
• Represent the Alternative Investments Group in internal and external forums, including industry conferences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, wealth management, or alternative investments within the financial services industry
• Proven track record as a Product Owner in agile environments, with experience leading cross-functional teams in global financial products
• Deep knowledge of alternative investments including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SEC, FINRA, and global wealth management standards
• Experience with product lifecycle management in high-stakes financial environments
• Ability to travel internationally as needed for global stakeholder alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) certification
• Prior experience at a tier-1 investment bank or asset management firm like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with digital platforms for alternative investments and client-facing wealth management tools
• Demonstrated success in launching innovative investment products in competitive markets
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment for alternative assets
