Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle management of client and account data products to enhance wealth management solutions at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Drive data quality initiatives, including the implementation of governance frameworks and remediation processes for client datasets
• Develop analytics and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for wealth advisors and clients
• Identify opportunities for innovation in data utilization to improve client experiences and operational efficiency
• Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business impact and regulatory compliance
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to align JP Morgan's data products with industry best practices
• Facilitate cross-team workshops and presentations to align on product vision and deliverables
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, data management, or analytics within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing data products for wealth management or client-facing solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in banking (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a large financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Data Science) with a focus on finance or technology
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, CSPO) or data-related fields (e.g., CDMP)
• Knowledge of wealth management platforms and client data ecosystems
