Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the US mortgage product strategy within JPMorgan Chase's Global Mortgage team, focusing on innovation and market expansion
• Oversee the full product lifecycle for mortgage offerings, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate with wealth management advisors to integrate mortgage products into client portfolios, enhancing advisory services for high-net-worth individuals
• Manage cross-functional teams including product specialists, risk analysts, and compliance experts to ensure robust product governance
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to refine mortgage product features and pricing
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for new mortgage products tailored to US wealth management clients
• Ensure all mortgage products adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Partner with technology teams to leverage data analytics and digital tools for personalized mortgage solutions
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Report to senior leadership on product performance metrics, including origination volumes, client adoption, and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in mortgage product management, development, or strategy within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading product teams in wealth management or investment banking, with expertise in US mortgage markets
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and CFPB guidelines for mortgage products
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial environment
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment for mortgage-backed securities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment at a leading global financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
