Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients targeting the China market, focusing on investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial planning
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients based in or connected to mainland China, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong and cross-border regulations
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and develop customized solutions using JP Morgan's suite of products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment specialists and compliance officers, to deliver seamless client experiences
• Monitor market trends in China and Greater China region to proactively advise clients on opportunities and risks
• Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and updates on portfolio performance and economic outlooks
• Ensure all advisory activities adhere to JP Morgan Chase's ethical standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients from the China market
• Support hybrid work model by leveraging digital tools for virtual client interactions and team coordination
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing on China-specific market insights and client preferences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or client advisory roles within the financial services industry
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong proficiency in Cantonese preferred
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or Series 7 equivalent
• Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients in the Asia-Pacific region
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulatory environment and cross-border financial regulations
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing office and remote work in Hong Kong

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems and wealth management platforms
• Prior exposure to serving clients from mainland China with offshore needs
• Familiarity with sustainable investing and ESG principles in wealth advisory
