Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of quality control analysts in reviewing credit operations processes for accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement quality control frameworks to ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's procedural and regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of credit documentation and transaction workflows
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency in wealth management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk and compliance, to mitigate risks
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on quality metrics to senior management
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in credit quality control
  • Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and escalate high-risk findings as needed
  • Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational controls within JP Morgan Chase's global framework

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit operations or wealth management within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing quality control teams
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as SEC, FINRA, and local Philippine regulations
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and operational processes in wealth management
  • Experience with quality assurance methodologies and audit processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment

  • Advanced certification such as CFA, FRM, or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
