Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customized equity solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients in JP Morgan's Private Bank
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and financial modeling to identify strategic equity opportunities
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and advisors to structure equity-linked products and derivatives
• Assist in client presentations, preparing pitch books and investment recommendations tailored to client needs
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing risk assessments for equity strategies
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, and trading desks to ensure seamless implementation
• Contribute to research on emerging equity trends in Asia-Pacific markets
• Support senior team members in due diligence and transaction execution for complex deals
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on equity solutions activities in line with JP Morgan's standards
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and deliver strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment banking, or equity solutions within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of equity markets, derivatives, and structured products
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous for Hong Kong operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA Level 1 or higher certification, or progress towards it
• Experience with private banking or high-net-worth client services at a top-tier firm
• Knowledge of Asian equity markets and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong
• Prior internship or role in strategic equity solutions or similar at JP Morgan Chase
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Bloomberg or similar financial terminals
