Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough KYC reviews and due diligence on high-net-worth clients to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Analyze client documentation and financial profiles to identify potential risks in wealth management portfolios
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance, to resolve KYC-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records and update client information in JP Morgan's proprietary systems
  • Support the onboarding process for new wealth management clients, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Monitor ongoing client activities for changes that may impact KYC status or risk levels
  • Assist in preparing reports for senior management on KYC metrics and compliance trends
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of KYC processes within the Wealth Management division
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's global policies and procedures in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including AML and KYC standards
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis and risk assessment methodologies
  • Experience working with client onboarding and due diligence procedures
  • Fluency in English; Polish language skills are advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or equivalent
  • Prior experience in wealth management or private banking at a global financial institution
  • Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and MiFID II
