Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for new DAF product launches and feature enhancements
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in Donor Advised Funds
  • Design product specifications, user interfaces, and integration plans to ensure seamless incorporation into JP Morgan's wealth management ecosystem
  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize client engagement and satisfaction
  • Liaise with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all DAF products adhere to regulatory standards
  • Support client education initiatives on DAF benefits and usage within JP Morgan's advisory services
  • Contribute to the roadmap for future DAF enhancements, including technology integrations and partnerships
  • Analyze client feedback and data to drive iterative improvements in product offerings
  • Assist in pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new DAF features

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, financial services, or wealth management
  • Strong understanding of Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and charitable giving products
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) with a focus on wealth management
