Reporting to the Head of Wealth Management Solutions, you will leverage your strong analytical background in capital markets and product development to drive the evolution of our DAF offerings. This position is based in our state-of-the-art New York office, where you'll collaborate with elite teams to deliver client-centric solutions that align with JP Morgan's commitment to excellence and integrity in financial advisory services. Your primary focus will be on leading the full product lifecycle for DAFs, from ideation and market analysis to implementation and ongoing optimization. You will conduct in-depth research on capital markets trends, regulatory landscapes, and client behaviors to identify opportunities for product enhancements, such as integrating sustainable investment options or streamlining grant-making processes. Working closely with investment support teams, compliance experts, and technology partners, you will ensure our DAF products not only meet but exceed industry standards, fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to JP Morgan's leadership in philanthropic advisory services. This role demands a strategic mindset to balance innovation with risk management in a dynamic financial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of Donor-Advised Funds (DAF) products within JP Morgan's Wealth Management Solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in charitable giving and investment advisory services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment strategists, compliance, legal, and technology groups, to design and launch new DAF features
• Define product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and performance metrics for DAF offerings, optimizing for client retention and revenue growth
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting DAFs and wealth management, ensuring all products comply with IRS, SEC, and FINRA requirements
• Provide analytical support to senior leadership on capital markets trends and their implications for DAF investment options
• Drive client education initiatives and marketing strategies to promote DAF products to high-net-worth individuals and advisors
• Oversee product performance tracking, including AUM growth, grant-making efficiency, and client satisfaction metrics
• Foster partnerships with external vendors and nonprofits to expand the ecosystem of DAF-supported charitable activities
• Contribute to JP Morgan's broader wealth management strategy by integrating DAFs with other advisory services like trusts and estate planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, capital markets, or investment product development within the financial services industry
• Strong analytical background with proven expertise in donor-advised funds (DAFs), wealth management solutions, or similar charitable giving products
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for investment products, including SEC guidelines for DAFs and fiduciary standards
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients or institutional investors in wealth management contexts
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams in product lifecycle management from ideation to launch
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment for investment vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or a competitor in wealth management product roles
• Familiarity with technology integration in financial products, such as digital platforms for DAF administration
• Background in sustainable or impact investing, aligning with JP Morgan's ESG initiatives
• Experience with vendor management for third-party DAF platforms or investment custodians
