  • Administer and oversee a portfolio of trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and advisors to execute trust distributions and amendments
  • Monitor trust investments and coordinate with JP Morgan's investment teams for optimal performance
  • Prepare and review fiduciary accountings, tax filings, and reporting documents
  • Provide guidance on estate planning strategies, including wills, powers of attorney, and charitable trusts
  • Resolve complex issues related to trust beneficiaries and asset management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or wealth management

  • Experience managing complex trust portfolios and estate planning documents
  • Strong understanding of tax implications related to trusts and estates
  • Proven track record in client relationship management within financial services
  • Certification such as CTFA (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) or equivalent
