  • Manage ongoing portfolio monitoring, identifying emerging risks and recommending proactive strategies to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including origination, legal, and compliance, to structure complex real estate financing deals
  • Develop and implement credit policies tailored to regional real estate dynamics, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's global risk framework

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on real estate lending or portfolio management in wholesale banking
  • Proven track record in leading credit coverage for diverse client portfolios in EMEA and APAC regions
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and regulatory frameworks in international financial services
  • Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring within a global banking environment like JP Morgan Chase
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border team setting with exposure to high-value transactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification in finance or risk management
