  • Lead strategic credit transformation initiatives within Wholesale Credit Risk Management, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's enterprise risk framework
  • Develop and execute program roadmaps to enhance credit risk assessment processes, including portfolio monitoring and stress testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Credit, Risk Technology, and Compliance, to implement regulatory-driven changes
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of transformation projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with wholesale credit portfolios, focusing on commercial and investment banking sectors
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics and automation tools to improve credit decisioning efficiency
  • Provide executive reporting and insights on program progress to senior leadership in Wholesale Banking
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance across global teams in Plano, TX, and other locations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably within wholesale banking or financial services
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs in risk management or regulatory compliance
  • Strong understanding of wholesale credit products, including syndicated loans, trade finance, and commercial real estate lending
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, CCAR, and Dodd-Frank requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization like JPMorgan Chase
  • Excellent project management skills with certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred
