Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust control environment across Wholesale Lending Services by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks
  • Execute CORE requirements, including control design, testing, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Collaborate with business leaders, risk teams, and compliance officers to develop and implement control enhancements
  • Conduct regular control assessments and gap analyses for lending processes, including loan origination, syndication, and servicing
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues related to control deficiencies or emerging risks
  • Support audit and regulatory examinations by providing documentation, insights, and remediation plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the control framework in alignment with JP Morgan's risk appetite
  • Train and mentor junior team members on control best practices and regulatory standards
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate control effectiveness and report findings to senior management

Required Qualifications
