Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects aimed at analyzing and optimizing business processes within the GLASS framework to improve efficiency in wholesale payments, liquidity, and escrow services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, preferably in payments or liquidity management
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects using agile or waterfall methodologies
  • Strong understanding of wholesale payments, liquidity operations, and escrow services
  • Experience with process analysis and improvement frameworks such as GLASS or similar
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
