Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to innovate and develop new wealth management instruments tailored to client needs
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing existing product offerings
• Analyze performance data of financial products to drive enhancements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to shape user-centric product roadmaps
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies like AI and blockchain in wealth management solutions
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic product decisions
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather feedback to refine product features
• Ensure all product developments align with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, financial product development, or wealth management instruments
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the UK and EU
• Proven track record in user research, data analysis, and product optimization within the financial services sector
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM)
