  • Collaborate with business leaders in Consumer & Community Banking and Corporate sectors to align forecasts with strategic goals
  • Utilize statistical software to perform scenario analysis, including stress testing for economic downturns impacting workforce needs
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and refine models using techniques like ensemble methods and anomaly detection
  • Generate reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making in resource allocation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in time series forecasting, statistical modeling, or quantitative analytics within the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of time series models including ARIMA, Prophet, and machine learning-based forecasting techniques
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
