As the Workforce Resiliency Lead – Executive Director, you will spearhead initiatives to build a robust framework that ensures our 250,000+ employees can maintain productivity and safety during crises, from natural disasters to cyber incidents. Based in our state-of-the-art Jersey City, NJ office, you will report directly to senior leadership within the Business Resiliency category, driving strategies that align with our commitment to operational excellence and client trust in a highly regulated environment. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Chase's Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank, and Commercial Banking divisions to develop and implement comprehensive resiliency programs. Your responsibilities will include leading scenario-based planning exercises, integrating advanced technologies for remote work continuity, and ensuring adherence to stringent regulations like those from the OCC and Federal Reserve. You will foster a proactive culture of preparedness, leveraging data analytics to identify vulnerabilities and enhance recovery times, ultimately contributing to the firm's reputation as a resilient global leader in finance.
