In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Chase's Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank, and Commercial Banking divisions to develop and implement comprehensive resiliency programs. Your responsibilities will include leading scenario-based planning exercises, integrating advanced technologies for remote work continuity, and ensuring adherence to stringent regulations like those from the OCC and Federal Reserve. You will foster a proactive culture of preparedness, leveraging data analytics to identify vulnerabilities and enhance recovery times, ultimately contributing to the firm's reputation as a resilient global leader in finance.   • Collaborate with senior executives to align resiliency programs with JPMorgan Chase's overall risk management framework
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of crisis response plans tailored to financial services operations
  • Conduct regular assessments and simulations of workforce resiliency scenarios, including pandemics and cyber threats
  • Manage cross-functional teams to integrate resiliency into daily operations across Chase's global divisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and report on resiliency metrics to leadership and regulators
  • Drive innovation in resiliency tools and technologies to enhance employee preparedness and recovery
  • Analyze post-incident reviews to improve future workforce resilience measures
  • Foster a culture of preparedness through training programs and awareness initiatives for employees

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or workforce resiliency within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements such as those from the Federal Reserve, OCC, and SEC related to operational resilience
  • Experience developing and implementing crisis management strategies for large-scale financial institutions
  • Strong project management skills with certifications like PMP or CBCP
  • Ability to handle confidential information and navigate complex organizational structures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Risk Management or related discipline
  • Experience in technology-driven resiliency programs, including cybersecurity and IT disaster recovery
  • Prior work at a global financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or similar
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies for resiliency planning
