Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of workforce resiliency strategies to ensure business continuity during disruptions, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's enterprise risk framework
• Conduct comprehensive business impact analyses and risk assessments for critical workforce functions across global operations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement crisis management protocols, including tabletop exercises and simulations
• Oversee the maintenance and testing of resiliency plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as those from the OCC and Federal Reserve
• Manage cross-functional teams to integrate workforce resiliency into broader business resiliency initiatives, focusing on financial services-specific risks like market volatility
• Monitor emerging threats, such as cyber risks or geopolitical events, and update resiliency programs accordingly
• Provide expert guidance on workforce recovery strategies, including remote work enablement and employee support during crises
• Report on resiliency metrics and program effectiveness to executive management and regulatory bodies
• Foster a culture of resiliency awareness through training and communication programs for JPMorgan Chase employees
• Drive continuous improvement of resiliency tools and technologies to support scalable operations in a dynamic financial environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or workforce resiliency within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading resiliency programs at a large-scale financial institution, with experience in regulatory compliance (e.g., FFIEC, OCC guidelines)
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and crisis management protocols
• Experience in conducting business impact analyses and developing resiliency strategies for global operations
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
• Certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in Risk Management
• Experience working at a Tier 1 bank like JPMorgan Chase, with exposure to capital markets or investment banking divisions
• Familiarity with cybersecurity resiliency and pandemic response planning
• Prior leadership role in implementing technology-driven resiliency solutions
• Knowledge of international regulatory requirements for workforce resiliency in financial services
