Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese (business level proficiency required)
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans, workplace benefits, and investment products
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and achieving retention targets
  • Knowledge of Japanese regulatory environment for financial services (e.g., FSA guidelines)
  • Ability to travel within Japan as needed for client meetings
