Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or client-facing roles

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and equity plan administration tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
