Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in designing and implementing equity compensation plans tailored to their global workforce
• Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to provide strategic advice on equity intelligence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for Workplace Solutions clients
• Conduct client consultations and presentations to explain equity plan options and benefits
• Monitor and report on the performance of equity plans, ensuring compliance with international standards
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand equity compensation services
• Develop educational materials and training sessions for clients on equity management best practices
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks in equity plan structures
• Utilize data analytics to optimize equity compensation strategies for client retention and growth
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of JP Morgan's Workplace Solutions offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of global equity compensation plans and regulatory environments
• Proficiency in financial modeling and equity plan administration tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
