Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for client workplace pension plans, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
  • Monitor plan performance metrics and generate reports for clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve plan-related issues and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulatory standards, including FCA guidelines and pension legislation
  • Analyze client data to provide insights on plan health and optimization opportunities
  • Facilitate client onboarding and ongoing support for workplace solutions
  • Conduct audits and reconciliations of plan assets and contributions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and participants
  • Support the integration of new technologies for enhanced plan management efficiency
  • Contribute to process enhancements to streamline operations within JP Morgan's Workplace Solutions team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, particularly in retirement plan management or client operations
  • Strong understanding of workplace pension schemes and regulatory requirements in the UK financial sector
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software used in plan administration
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or Pension Management qualifications
  • Experience with compliance and risk management in client-facing roles

  • Advanced degree or MBA in Finance
