  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, legal, and client services to facilitate seamless integrations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and JP Morgan's risk management standards
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress
  • Oversee resource allocation and vendor management to optimize project efficiency in a fast-paced banking environment
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes
  • Ensure all onboardings comply with data privacy laws and JP Morgan's security protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience in financial services or banking
  • Proven track record managing large-scale client onboarding projects with budgets exceeding $5 million
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including GDPR and AML requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
