Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within marketing or design agencies
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments, preferably in financial services
  • Deep expertise in digital content creation, branding, and visual storytelling for corporate audiences
  • Experience managing in-house creative studios or production teams in a global organization
