Role Overview

As a Jr. Machine Operator at PepsiCo in Dammam, you will play a vital role in our production operations. This full-time position involves running process lines and equipment systematically to meet production targets, boost line efficiency, and minimize waste. You’ll ensure hygiene, conduct quality checks, and manage process workers while upholding food safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment to convert raw materials into high-quality final products, aligning with KPIs for yield and efficiency.
• Perform hourly process control checks, report data, and lead quality wall meetings to maintain standards.
• Monitor and optimize material usage (e.g., seasoning, oil efficiency) and energy consumption (water, electricity, gas).
• Maintain equipment hygiene, conduct running patrols via checklists, and coordinate repairs through MP2 system.
• Manage process workers, including breaks, cleaning, and time management, while enforcing good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Identify and report food safety hazards, health risks, and daily issues to direct managers.
• Stop production if out-of-specification in consultation with lab technicians, ensuring quality at all times.
• Support EHS audits, IPS audits, and continual improvement of the EHS Management System.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Jr. Machine Operator, candidates should have:

• A technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering, process technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage production lines preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Basic skills in equipment repair and maintenance to sustain line efficiency.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions for maximum output and waste reduction.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with process control tools and reporting systems.
• Commitment to EHS standards and sustainability practices.

No advanced degree required; hands-on experience and a proactive mindset are key. Arabic and English proficiency is advantageous in our diverse Saudi Arabia operations.
