Key Responsibilities at Rivian

• Assist the Technical Publications team in leveraging MadCap features like projects, conditions, variables, and snippets to maximize content reuse and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the entire team to continually enhance documentation processes, improving quality, usability, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct thorough QA on documents, ensuring consistent, accurate published output across all documents and Rivian's product lines.
• Optimize MadCap Flare workflows and related products to support scalable documentation for our growing EV lineup.
• Support documentation translation and publishing processes, managing files for multi-language output to reach global audiences.
• Manage print inventory and style sheets for professional PDF and HTML outputs.
• Foster a positive work environment, emphasizing teamwork in a fast-paced, challenging setting.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines with precision and organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
