The Junior Brand Manager position for Lay’s in Warszawa, Poland, offers an exciting entry into premium FMCG marketing at PepsiCo. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering Lay’s through its growth phase. This role involves co-creating game-changing strategies, localizing regional activations, and managing high-visibility projects. Support the brand’s annual activity plan and budget. Localize regional activations, deliver key initiatives, and advance the innovation agenda with new products and flavors.
Localize communications, optimize A&M investments, and ensure brand image enhancement. Manage project execution timing and quality, collaborating with media agencies, trade marketing, and sales for consumer-centric activations.
Partner with the Senior Brand Manager on the activation calendar. Collaborate across functions like Commercialization, Consumer Insights, Sales, Operations, and Revenue Management, delivering timely insights.
To succeed as Junior Brand Manager at PepsiCo, candidates need a university degree, ideally in Marketing or Management, plus 1+ years of experience in FMCG, advertising, or research agencies. Key traits include independent work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for development. Essential skills encompass marketing budget control, brand project management, advertising contributions, project management prowess, strong analytics (Nielsen experience preferred), collaboration, communication, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
