Role Overview

The Junior Controladoria Assistant position (2nd shift) in Valinhos, São Paulo, Brazil, is within the Sales Field Control team. This full-time role provides direct support to financial and controladoria routines, ensuring smooth receipt and invoicing operations for the shift. Ideal for entry-level professionals eager to impact PepsiCo's operations in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2nd shift frontline activities, including PCM receipt and blind count conferences.
• Handle NF refusals, purchases, transfers, assets, shipments, services, and intercompany sales.
• Process NF returns for good and bad items.
• Generate OCs for note payments and fiscal recording.
• Perform invoicing: issue NF/MDF-e/MTR, checkout NFs, cancel NFs within 24 hours, and issue correction letters.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with a bachelor's degree (complete or in progress) in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Key skills include intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with SAP.
