Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As a Junior Product Developer, you'll support senior developers while gaining hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle. Key duties include:

• Oversee mid to low complexity styles from concept through production readiness
• Create and manage BOM/tech packs for less complex styles
• Maintain colour BoM accuracy throughout seasonal development
• Execute Bamboo Rose cost triggers at GTM milestones
• Ensure data integrity in Flex PLM systems
• Organize daily workflows meeting development timelines
• Attend product fittings and meetings to represent development needs
• Build vendor relationships and shadow risk assessments
• Present style status updates at POD meetings
• Develop pre-costing skills for seasonal applications

Expect cross-functional collaboration with Global Fit, Merchandising, and Go To Market teams in Lululemon's fast-paced Vancouver office.

Qualifications & Requirements

Lululemon seeks driven candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Design, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years experience in Product Development, Sourcing, or Product Management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Flex PLM experience or similar PLM software
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder enrollment
