• Conduct research under quality improvement programs to enhance product performance and consumer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in cross-functional meetings to discuss project statuses and strategies for modern fermented product platforms.
• Lead pilot and industrial tests to design innovative products and optimize production technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A higher education degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in fermented dairy product technologies as a strong advantage.
