Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Manager (Gerente de Vendas Junior) in São Paulo, SP, you will focus on the Away From Home (AFH) channel, targeting new business clients such as stadiums, parks, hotels, restaurants, pharmacies, department stores, and cinemas. This role involves prospecting strategic clients, executing sales strategies, and managing commercial routines for PepsiCo do Brasil (PBF). Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Lead prospecting plans and execution to capture strategic AFH clients.
  • Support the AFH new business strategy agenda and its deployment across sales teams and departments.
  • Analyze market opportunities to inform action plans.
  • Lead strategic brand projects with key clients.
  • Ensure optimal product assortment, portfolio, and distribution strategies.
  • Monitor action plans via KPIs, develop dashboards, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Manage investments for AFH new business clients using the Arker tool, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Oversee end-to-end order processes and deliveries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders including GBS, MBS, and Sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek motivated professionals with:

  • A complete Bachelor's degree.
  • More than 3 years of sales experience, ideally in client prospecting.
  • Proven networking and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proactivity in managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent organization, planning, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Valid CNH B driver's license.
  • Experience in AFH sales channels highly preferred.
