• Prototype Management: Oversee style number and colorway creation from tech pack handoff to production.
• Flex PLM Mastery: Maintain data integrity and create tech packs specifying design aesthetics, fit, construction, and cost considerations.
• Workflow Organization: Manage daily tasks aligned with GTM timelines and deliverables.
• Sample Review & Measurement: Evaluate proto samples against tech packs for accuracy.
• Fitting Preparation: Measure fit samples, prepare presentations, and evaluate construction execution.
• Product Fittings: Conduct category fittings with seniors, present style history, and document fit/construction corrections.
• Garment Analysis: Spec garments for compliance in measurements, workmanship, and fit intent.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Share fitting outcomes with partners and vendors.
• Skill Development: Advance knowledge of Lululemon's construction and fit standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
